We’ve tried to make our payment process very simple. You’ll report your hours online and we pay by direct deposit twice a month. You’ll receive an email confirming the amount paid and the day you can expect to see the money in your account.
We process payments on the 1st and 15th of each month. It is important that you report your hours by midnight of the 14th and last day of the month. Otherwise we will not know what to pay you or what to bill. Your reports are the only mechanism we have for knowing what to bill clients.
It takes 5 business days for the money to reach your bank account. Typically you will see the money on the 8th and 22nd. Bank holidays slow the process by a day or two.
When you first become a tutor, you need to establish your login and password for our system, by visiting the reporting site for your city and choosing the Set One Up Here option.

Select each client and enter all the unreported hours for each client, up to 6 sessions per client at a time. Check “no show” if applicable and add anything you need us to know in the Comments section. A more detailed manual for our reporting system can be found here.
Always report at least one hour per lesson – parents know that our minimum charge per session is the fee for one hour. Longer lessons should be reported to the nearest 15 mins.
How can you see an image of the paycheck that was put into your checking account by direct deposit?
New tutors receive an invite for our accounting system’s vendor portal which lets you see all your bills (timesheets) and payments. Let us know if you need the invite sent to you again.
